Birthing Bumps offers HypnoBirthing antenatal classes, which will teach you amazing and powerful techniques that will free you of fear and allow you to have a positive, calm and empowering labour and birth.
During the 4 x 2 hour antenatal classes, you will learn :
- How to prepare your mind and body for the best birthing experience
- Self hypnosis – to help you remain calm and focused
- Breathing and relaxation techniques – to help you stay comfortable and in control
- Visualisation – to help you work with your body and stay positive
- Education surrounding pregnancy and childbirth- so that you can make informed decisions
- How to Be in control of all necessary decisions during your labour
You will be ready to give birth confidently and calmly and have the Amazing birth you deserve.
